Document Manager
Our Document Manager provides the ability to create any number of customized documents based on your contract information, including contracts, deal letters, transmittal letters, summaries, abstracts, event letters, and much more. By using pre-drawn, pre-approved clause and term libraries, Contraxx can significantly reduce contract assembly time. Legal departments can present technical legal language of contracts to non-legal users in a "business-useful" form, reducing burden on company attorneys to re-interpret contract language every time contract is accessed. Documents can be exported to standard file formats such as: Word, pdf, HTML, rich text, plain text, or Excel.

Word Integration
Contraxx is designed to work with existing methods of authoring and negotiation contracts, not against them. Legal teams can continue to use the tried and true capabilities of Word, while Contraxx maintains a transparent but robust two-way integration with the information contained in the document.
